For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we advise that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment commences. This will allow you to relax in our Spa Lounge
Guest are welcome to arrive in regular and comfortable attire. We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belonging.
JEWELERY AND VALUABLES
We offer a locker in your therapy suite for your personal valuable items.
SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATION
Please notify our Guest Services Assistants, Representatives, Agent or our Assignees before booking your treatments if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities. If at any time during your treatment you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy. We offer many beneficial treatments can be enjoyed. Please notify our Guest Services Assistants, Representatives, Agent or assignees for guidance.
Our Guest Services Assistants will be pleased to assist in choosing a treatment. There are a few services that should be avoided during menstrual cycle.
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Alcohol is not recommended in the Spa.

The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxing, please respect our guest right to privacy and quite environment. We request that cell phones or other devices be turned off in the Spa.
RECOMMENDED MINIMUM AGE FOR SPA TREATMENT
We feature selection of KID’s menu where we believe your loved one will enjoy. Alternatively we offer baby sitting service. Please notify us upon making your booking.
